7 to 13 years old (starting) Monday and Wednesday  7PM to 8PM

7 à 13 years old (Yellow and over+) Tuesday and Thursday 6PM to 7PM 

13+ years old (all belts) Tuesday and Thursday 7PM to 8:30PM
