- Officiate local and provincial events. Introduced to U16 and U18 age groups in local tournaments.
- Minimum grade
- Green belt minimum.

- Officiating
- Officiate provincial / regional events. Officiate all age groups.
- Uniform
- Approved referee uniform with tie and blazer.
